-Our Swedish Boat Captain. Started with us in 2003 as a dive instructor and soon impressed us all with her strong work ethic, and never ending enthusiasm for the underwater world. So much so, that she is now able to stay here permanently, and loves showing our guests ‘her’ Whitsunday’s. She now proudly drives Whitsunday Blue.

Dave McCosker
King Dave as he is locally known within the Comany started in 2002 on our very first vessel " Powerplay " He is a very experinced Master 5 Skipper with a rescue Dive qualification. Dave know drives the style Catamaran Whitsunday Getaway.

Harry Peke
Harry our Maori friend is more enthusiastic about the underwater world than anyone we have come across. Even on his holidays he goes diving , to date Harry has around 4000 underwater scuba dives logged. This means he has taken thousands of people diving for the very first time. After 3 years of Diving Harry progressed to being a Master 5 ships Captain. He is the master of Wings2

Dive Instructor. Our tall lanky Aussie, ‘the nicest bloke you could ever meet’, that’s what everyone tells us! Began his Islandive journey in 2003 as a hosty. He soon was able to realize his dream of becoming a dive instructor, and is now working on being our newest boat captain! Good Luck Ezza

Dave Fleming

Dave Flemming Our New Zealand Chef Dave first began with Islandive in 2002 this was around the time the company began. Dave has been with us ever since. During this time he has progressed from cook to Dive Instructor to Dive Coordinator and now he about to launch his career even further with a master 5 Skippers Ticket.

Stuart Allwright

Stuart was immigrated by islandive in 2004, he comes from sunny England and he holds both PADI and SSI Dive qualifications. Stuart almost has as many dives logged as some of older Divers. Numbering in the thousands Stuart experince in the Whitsunday Islands is legendary . In Stuart's spare time he is a keen parachute jumper and often attends Australian jump meets. Obviously a fan of the freedom you get with the thrill of adventure and Zero gravity. Stuart is one of best Divers to take you underwater for ther first time.

35 Staff in total call Islandive home, working on a range of vessels from Style cats to Powercats. The pay and conditions are all above award wages and the vessels you work on are the best in the Whitsundays.
